kojiex is a career service from Aotearoa New Zealand. A guided conversation turns your work history into a finished CV, interview stories, and coaching for the interviews ahead. You talk through your work the way you would with a good coach; kojiex writes it up, and every line in the result traces back to something you said.
What you make is yours: your account, your words, kept for as long as you want them. Everything sits behind a sign-in. There is no public user content, no file sharing and no advertising, and there are no public CV pages, ever.
You start from an old CV or from scratch, and confirm a skeleton of your roles, education and qualifications. A guided interview then takes you through your standout roles the way a good recruiter would: what was going on, what you did, what changed because you did it. From that conversation kojiex writes an editable CV, interview stories in the STAR shape panels ask for, and coaching notes on how you come across. Cover letters, a LinkedIn blueprint, and rehearsal for a specific job ad build on the same material.
kojiex also works with employers and HR teams supporting people through change. They arrange access for their team and never see what anyone writes: the privacy line is structural, not a setting. Purchasing for organisations runs on invoice.
kojiex is made by kojiex Limited, a New Zealand company, together with recruitment specialist Ben Shaw. The website has a contact form, and we reply within a working day.
